Cozy Christmas Giveaway

This Christmas season, our team at Authority Heating and Cooling had the privilege of reading through many heartfelt nominations for our Cozy Christmas Giveaway. We were truly humbled by the stories shared and the care our community has for others. Thank you to everyone who shared our social media posts, got the word out, and submitted nominations!

After careful consideration, we decided to give the Gift of a Cozy Christmas to Christine H. and her family in Heber, Utah.

Christine's story touched our hearts! She is a loving and kind grandmother, who has adopted her 7 grandchildren. Together, they share a three bedroom manufactured home, where the 30 year old furnace cycles on and off frequently and no longer heats several of the rooms. This year, some of her grandchildren asked for electric blankets so they would not have to wake up cold. When we met Christine, her warmth and kindness were immediately evident. It is clear she has a big heart and is doing everything she can to raise these children with love and care.

A few days before Christmas our team installed a new furnace for Christine and her family, and the difference was immediate. Each room now has consistent, warm air blowing! Our technicians also crawled under the home to ensure all ductwork was properly connected, and they took extra time to diagnose and get her air conditioning system back up and running as well. With reliable heating and cooling in place, Christine and her family should be cozy all year.
