You fill out this form, and we’ll reach out to your friend to book the appointment. OR, have your friend call us directly and mention that you referred them while booking an appointment over the phone with our office. Either way, we want to make sure you get credit before the appointment is completed!
Once the system repair or new installation is completed and payment has been collected, you’ll get your reward! Your reward is provided in the form of a $25 Amazon e-gift card within 30 days of project close-out. (You can opt for an Authority Heating & Cooling gift card, too!)

Frequently Asked Questions

The person you refer must be a new customer to Authority Heating & Cooling, but after that it doesn’t matter if they complete a repair, maintenance or install. All of our services qualify for referral!
There’s no limit to the number of referrals you can make, but rewards apply only to the first job completed by each new customer. So spread the word far and wide to maximize your rewards!
Once the job is complete and we’ve received full payment, your reward will be sent to your email within 30 days.
When you refer someone to us for a new Authority Club Membership agreement, you get a credit for 2 months (up to $40) on your monthly Membership, and they get 2 months (up to $40) free on their new Membership too.
